What i think of the toefl ibt:

Getting a good score in the toefl ibt means that you can provide the language requirements of the university that you want to enroll in, but providing the language requirements is not enough to enroll in a university with a scholarship. However, owning language ability means you have opportunity to study abroad. Anyway, if you want to study in developed countries such as the United States, the UK and Australia, you have to take this exam.
